OECD: Russia’s economic activity fall slows down in June
MOSCOW, Jul 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Composite Leading Indicator grew to 97.2 points in June from 92.7 in May, remaining below a 100 point no-change mark, which means an overall deterioration, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) said on Thursday.
The Composite Leading Indicator (CLI) is a leading indicator for early signs of economic growth or decline for six to nine months ahead. It includes several indicators preceding changes in macroeconomic figures and can be used as a short-term economic development forecast.
